North Branch Nature Center

For more than a decade the North Branch Nature Center has put people in touch with the sights, sounds and sensations of the wild within our capital. We're a small preserve with a big heart at a gentle bend in the North Branch of the Winooski River.

Visit us for walks and workshops to learn the secrets of warblers and willows and weather. Or come enjoy a quiet place to walk or ski, swim or sit, or simply to do nothing beside the river.
