Tell us your story! How did you get started to become a personal coach and bodyworker.
I've been providing personal coaching for a long time. It started as "just a job" in the early 80s and it soon became a passion to become healthier and educated and pass this on to others including my family. I want to blend my passion for movement, wellness, and healing with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on other people's lives. It is fulfilling and meaningful to guide others on their journeys to feel stronger, move better, and find peace within themselves.
What's unique about your coaching & bodywork practice? Do you specialize in any type of client, injury etc?
I offer personalized coaching, bodywork, and wellness education, creating a holistic experience tailored to each individual's needs. Unlike larger wellness centers, Fluidly Moving emphasizes an intimate, community-focused environment where clients are known personally and can feel comfortable exploring their physical and mental wellness journey. Clients are typically 40+ with the oldest being 93. Clients can utilize one service such as massage or small group classes, or they may blend services. Some clients participate in transformation programs to increase their understanding of nutrition and fitness while also learning to manage stress, anxiety, and depression to integrate several services into one program. Others may solely want to increase mobility and reduce pain.

What do you like most about Montpelier?
When outside of the studios, I enjoy wandering around in Montpelier during regular walks, bike rides, and hikes through the parks. I enjoy that Montpelier is comfortable, simple, and quaint. I enjoy bumping into people I know or just saying hello to passersby on the bike path. As I typically wander with my 4-legged partner, we find all kinds of friends on any of our adventures.
